Refunds & Cancellations

Please be advised we do not provided refunds only store credits. You will only receive a full store credit amount if the order is cancelled 48 hours before selected delivery date. If not there will a 30% fee take out of the full amount. 



FLOWERS/ROSES- Please be advised photos may differ to actual flowers/roses depending on what’s available on the day. We cannot Guarantee they will look like photo colour/ quality. 
if you’re unhappy with what was delivered and made we may offer a CREDIT. As we do not do refunds. 

Hotel Setups - Payments made for hotel/room set ups from Balloon Buffet & Set The Mood Syd (Instagram orders and website orders) are non refundable due to ordering supplies for the set up & loosing potential clients for that date secured. If Cancellations are to happen you will need to advise us immediately and we may be able to setup a store credit if advised 1 week (7 days) prior to setup. We do not take responsibility for anything that happens after the setup. We take photos on leaving the setup to show how it was left by us. Please email us at balloonbuffet@hotmail.com to discuss. 

At Checkout Delivery Address needs to be added for your delivery fee to pop up, if you do not do this we cannot guarantee delivery for the date selected as the delivery date doesn’t notify us due to no delivery address. We may be able to still make your order if delivery payment is finalised. If you want to cancel your order due to the above we can issue a store credit no refunds. 

Please be advised once the order has been delivered we are not responsible for damage of the balloons / product/ order  our delivery driver will take a photo of the condition of the order before handing it over. If the delivery arrives damaged or not what you ordered please do not accept the delivery.
